Kolodij A. Contitution and development of law principles in Ukraine (methodological questions).

In dissertation there are pointed out problems of constitutional development of the law principles under conditions of formation of legal State and civil society in Ukraine. And through the prism of it studied their genesis, concepts and notions, kinds and forms which determine structure of law, influence of principles on the law system, process of law education, law realization, law protection. It is stated that principles of legal State and civil society are basic and they determine arising and development of law principles in Ukraine. Appearance of tne last is objective process which realized under the following scheme: rublic relations - law aspects of juridical practice - norms and principles. Appeared principles acquired certain qualities so that they can be classified under corresponding criteria of differentiation. Present process, which take place in Ukrainian State and society determine the necessity of pointing out and thinking over the social and juridical principles. The last in the way of systematically-structural formation of law can be divided on public and private principles, regulative, material, objective and subjective law principles, modified together with principles of law system in main ideas of law education, law realization, law protection. The research resulted in author's propositions reffering improvement Ukrainian society, State and law according to the requirements of Ukraine Constitution.
