The dissertation is divoted to jrganizatuion of medical attendance anf surgical tactics during relaparotomies in victims with abdominal injuries.the observation and treatment of 184 victims, analysis of 75 medical cards of patiens, who undergone relaparotomy, were made.The new solutions for some problems of postoperative peritonitis classification, of the most optimal jperation principles according to every separate occasion of complications, of the most optimal operation principles according to every separate occasion of complications, the earliest sings of postoperative complications, determinating the depositions to relaparotomy, were formulated.The infusion therary programmes according to devtloped complication were optimazied.The medical staffs mistakes and their role in the relaparotomy prophylactics were determinated
