Essay

Factors of origin and course of fourth degree burns are defined. Based on the morpho-functional and experimental investigations, the fundamental role of inifial vascular alteration leading to formation of thrombus, development of subfascial sroelling, ishemia of tissues and secondary necrosis in wounds has been established. Indications and period of perfomance of decompressed operations and also operations directed on excitions of necrotic tissues have been substantiated. The devised system of the former methods of diagnosis and surgical tactics made it possible to decrease the number of complications.
