Essay

Об'єкт дослідження: white rats, blood plasm, hepar; patients with virus hepatites; blood plasm, fibrosytes, blood serum. The aim of research: to observe pathogenetic mechanisms of toxic and viral disturbances of hepar based on the research of failure of chromatin proteins modificative reactions, changes in initial phase of genome expression in hepatocytic nuclei, their corellation with redox system state and under it to work out the pathways of express diagnostics and pharmacological correction. Мета дослідження: radioisotopic, biochemical, reparative biochemistry, biophysical, clinical, statistical, spectrophotometer, centrifuge, ultracentrifuge, automatic counter SL-400, personal computer, LC-spectrometer. Теоретичні результати та новизна: it was emphasized the alteration of protein metabolism under the hepatites proceeds at the level of histone and non-histone proteins modification of the hepatocytic nuclei. At was shown the whole view of biochemical disbalance, their significance and relationship under different stages of hepatites and formed the hypothesis of metabolic changes under the different types of hepatites. Ступінь впровадження: under comparison on metabolic alterations with LCS-metria results this method was proposed for express-diagnostic, differential diagnostic, prognosis and successful therapy of hepatites; the effectiveness of heptral in hepatites therapy was proved out. Ефективність впровадження: publications, reports of the conferentions, application in scientific and educational work of medical university and practice work of gastroscopic departments of Odessa. The effectiveness of improvement: the intensification of knowledge in pathogenesis of toxic and viral hepatites, the ability to their express-diagnostics and therapy. Сфера використання: pathophysiology, toxicology, infection diseases, pharmacology, gastroenterology.
