The ways of solving problems in city's geodetic network construction are considered. They are based on new theoretical principles; methodology of estimating the exactness of long-distance light polygonometry; methods of minimization and working with mistakes in long-distance light measurements; optimal construction of the model geodetic baseline (it's lines are measured with GPS-method) and effective method of light-rangings standardization; methodology of working with horizontal refraction in city's networks and methodology of estimating dynamic of geodetic points on high buildings.
