Research Object: women with interfility, blood, urine bioptates of endometrial, ovarian tissue, vaginal discharge. Research Aim: rise the effectiveness of endosurgery in complex treatment of interfility with pervic factors, clomiphen-resistent polycistic ovarian disease by dint of different operative techniks and pathogenetic variant. Research Methods: clinical, endoscopic, rentgenological, biophysical, biochemical, immunological, immunofermental, immunophluorescental, radioimmune, bacteriological, morphological; laparascops "Olympus", "Martin", "Karl Storz", hysteroresectoscope "Circon Acmi", fibrohysteroscope "Olympus", generator of garnet MediLas 4060 MBB laser, cryoendoscopic instrument КЕП-1device, ultrasaund scanner. Theoretical results and novelty: In infertile women with tubal and peritoneal factors, endometriosis, clomiphen-resistant polycistic ovarian desease westudied reproductive results to comparison with operative techncs, age, quantity of inferlite factors. Practical results and their novelty: developed methods of kaparoscopic salpingostomy, cryolaparoscopic methods of treatment of infertile women with endometriosis, is led their greater effectiveness weighed with traditional cure of women with interfility. Object and inculcation degree: publications in magazines and collections, lectures on scientific forums, uses in medical founding and scientifically-pedagogic work.
