Barkov V. Socio-political growing of the civil society in Ukraine

Doctor's degree thesis is the conceptual research of socio-political factors of the civil society growing in Ukraine. It were defiend and classified this process preconditions, their influence at the current correlation between social, national and political problems, suggested the principles for crisis events overcoming. The functional analysis of social, legal state as a tool of the society maintenance, which is the guard of citizens' inalienable and unexpropriated rights, leads to dialectics of the civilness and stateness in the human development, to determination of the contradictions between human perspectives and social progress as well as to the peculiarities of the socio-political ideal perception with the mass consciousness.
