The patients with PCOD. Research of efficiency of laparoscopic resection of 1/2 of ovaries with the subsequent argon beam coagulation. The comparative evaluation of the effectiveness of this method in patients with PCOD was carried out in comparison with the effectiveness of laparoscopic diathermocoagulation of ovaries in patients with PCOD, laparoscopic thermocauterization of ovaries in patients ill with PCOD, wedge-like resection of 2/3 of ovaries in laparotomy in patients with PCOD. Hormonal, hystological, statistical investigation. The best results of treatment of patients with PCOD were received when we used the methods of treatment of PCOD worked out by the author. Sphere of use is medical gynecology graduation with the endoscopic equipment.
