In activity the model duodenum peritonitis is developed and is investigated it patogenesis. Being based on yes patogenesis have developed and approved in experiment a complex pansanation. The introduction of development in clinic has allowed in second half of jet phase to execute on 45.2 % more radical organs conserve of operations. In toxic to a phase peritonitis the use pansanation has allowed at 22.2 % of the patients to execute deferred SPV. The frequency postoperative of complications at these patients has decreased on 10.4 %, and mortality-rate on 12.5%.
