Tyvonenko I. Ekonomical problems of use of machine and tractor fleet in conditions of market relations formation.

Subjects of inquiry: mechanized subdivisions and machine-operators collectives of agrarian enterprises, and machine and technology stations. Inquiry object: the improvement of the scientific fundamentals of effective formation and using of a machine and tractor fleet in the conditions of market relations making; the development of new optimal versions of agricultural commodity pro- ducers machine service. Methods: monographic, abstract and logical, calculation- construction, graph, modelling. Theoretical and practical results: inside farms ene rgy-saving structures of a machine and tractor fle et on the basis of economic estimates of compari- son of machine and tractor assemblies of the same technological purpose were designed; the essence of the economic mechanism of functioning of pro- duction relations at using and service of a machi- ne and tractor fleet in farm and outoffarm sphe res was made specific; methodical approaches for construction of engineer service of collective farms and machine and technology stations in the conditions of restructuring of material-and-technical basis of afribusiness were worked out; the scientific fundamentals of the creation of informa tion systems of operational management of a ma- chine and tractor fleet were worked out. Novelty; complex economic characteristics of com petitive machine and tractor assemblies of the sa me technological purpose, on the basis of which energy-saving structures of a machine and tractor fleet of farms were determined, were working out for the first time; information technologies of ope rational management of a machine and tractor fle et for production of plant-growing produce were designed; an economic mechanism of functioning м designed; an economic mechanism of functioning of production relations on the basis of a chegue system of mutual settlements in the sphere of using and maintenance of a machine and tractor fleet was substantiated. Degree of introduction:the results of the inquiry, including normative and technological, technica l- economic documentation for a machine and trac- tor fleet optimization were introduced in 104 farms of Ukraine; a past of propositions in the form of procedures, recommedations was approved by Ministry of Agriculture and was issued for in- troduction. Effectiveness: it would favour the economy in ex- penses of resourcers at exploitation of a machine and tractor fleet.
