The thesis is devoted to development of scientific bases of projection of an equipment, tool and creation технологичесих of processes in conditions of local loading, which differ from existing by the reduced indexes ресурсопотребления. The models of the process are offered, the criterions of an evaluation of effectiveness of an equipment and tool have allowed to define(determine) area of use of the circuits(schemes) with deformation обкатывающимся by the tool, and also to formulate and to decide the task of optimization of parameters of a process engineering and equipment. Obtained outcomes, which have passed sufficient experimental check have enabled to introduce new constructions of the tool, technological circuits(schemes) and techniques of their calculation, that will expand technological possibilities of the process and уменшит энергозатраты.
