Babalych O. Effectiveness of the complex surgical treatment of patients with ulcer disease

Patients with the ulcerative disease (1006) and experimental animals (144). The purpose of the research - the improvement of results of the surgical treatment. Methods of investigation - experimental, clinical, biochemical, instrumental, immune, radioimmune (level of the hormones), biological (kinins). Modern apparatus for observation and treatment was used. Firstly the method of Feodosia mineral water application was studied and perverted action of trental and benzohexonium on the morphological structure and circulation of the blood in stomach in early period after vagotomy revealed. New effective operative methods, the method of complex stage treatment in combination with resort treatment in Feodosia that firstly used after vagotomy improve the distant results, decrease the temporary disability and invalidity of patients and give a certain economical effect. The roentgentherapy with inhibitors of enzymes in penetrating ulcer were suggested also. The sick rate of ulcerative disease in the Crimea from the surgical poit-view was studied. The main results of this work have been used in the treatment of the patients with ulcerative disease in Ukraine including the Crimea and in training of students and doctoral students.
