Essay

The results of the studying of the procedure of acute leukosis and myelodysplastic syndrome, using correlative analysis and in particular changing structure of showing of the intercellurar correlative interrelations between peripheric blood and bone marrow, and using immunobiological and biochemical characteristics, depending on their form and stade, are presented in this work. Some new data on the state of hemopoesis at these diseases are obtained, which permited to state the prognosis factors of their procedure, their peculiarities in an old age, which may be used in a practical work of hematological departments in the additional diagnostic tests or the treatment of these patients.
