The theory of construction of galvanic processes control systems has been developed. The theory of active identification of objects that includes methods of identification and new approach to planning the experiment has been worked out. It makes it possible to choose optimum plans short in time and expenses. The main parts of the theory have been realized in the set of applied programs. The new methods and instruments for measuring the current density in galvanic baths have been put forward. And new mathematical models of the processes and instruments of galvanic production lines have been obtained. The results have been implemented at some Ukraine's enterprises. The sphere of using the instruments for measuring the current density has been expanded.
