The thesis offers the concept concerning therapeutic potentials of submillimeter wave band in the field of hyperhighfrequency radiation which has never been used before. The algoritm of informative laboratory tests has been built which for the first time allowed to experimentally substantiate, on intact animals, energetic, anabolic and immunomodulative effect of hyperhighfrequency radiation. The specialized laser unit for medical-biological purposes was designed. The capacity of radiation to optimize and stimulate rehabilitation processes was revealed on the model of femur transcortical perforation defect and posttraumatic degeneration of vertebral segments, which was induced by trophesy. The dependence of consequence of hyperhighfrequency radiation upon intensity, total dosage, density of biologic-active points on skin surface and stage of posttraumatic process was established. The approbation was done on the volunteers who suffered from vertebral osteochondrosis. The physical-chemical point and the significance of the basis trigger mechanisms, that have been conditioning therapeutic effects of hyperhighfrequency radiation, were established. The technology of application of non-thermal intensity electromagnetic waves was developed for the treatment of orthopaedic-traumatological diseases.
