The complex researches at the pregnant women with the factors of occurence of OPH-gestosis are carried out by study of gormone status, somatotype attributes, erythrocyte antigenes of blood and their assotiations, condition of microcirculation influence of endo- and exogamii. With the purpose of treatment and preventive maintenance the own method with the use of system enzyme preparations, in particular, wobenzym is offered. The application it has allowed to improve clinical and laboratory parameters of a condition of the mother and fetus.
