The thesis is devoted to anesthesiologic maintenance and intensive care in 362 patients, who were undergoing 370 reconstructive surgeries on larynx, trachea and its bifurcation. The intravenous anesthesia during surgical operation was found to be the most optimal method of anesthesiological maintenance. The lungs ventilation was the most serious problem, but using combination of different techniques, among which the shunt-ventilation and high-frequency mechanical ventilation played the most important roles, permitted to solve this problem in all cases. Great attention was paid to postoperative management of patients, the main aim of which was the maintenance of respiratory ways competence. The leading factors for improvement of results during the last decade, first of all for decrease of mortality from 7,3% to 2,6%, were revealed.
