Sheremeta V. Theoretical basis and development of the methods to increase of the efficiency of the cattle reproduction biotechnology

Embryos, caws, heifers, recipients, donors. Increase of efficiency of transplantation and artifi-cial insemination. Biotechnological, biological, zoo-technical, histological, radio-immunological and immunological methods were used. In the thesis the new trend of female's preparation is elaborated which is based on the concept of normalization and stimulation of the metabolism during sexual cycle, induction of the carnal lust and superovulation of cows-donors for the account of biological active substances. It is established that feeding and injecting of females with the developed mineral premix, preparation "Glutam" as well in fccordance with new schemes as hormone preparations "Ovogon-Tio" and "Testenat" during these periods favors to increase a number of avalable embryos and their survivability on the average on 32% and 47%. Several ways of selection of recipients, the method and formula of advisable insemenation of the cows are proposed. The basic results of work were practically introduced for biot echnological methods of reproduction.
