Sukhodolya A. The ways of imrovig of results of organ-saving operations de ulcer diseases of duodenum (clinical-experimental investigation).

The thesis is devoted to finding of the further ways of improving of results of organ-saving operations by ulcer diseses of duodenum which were based on elaboration of new kinds of vagotomy and basis of irradication Helicobacter pylori in afteroperation period. In the experimental part of thesis was studied the influence of truncal, selective, proximal selective, distal selective, extragastric vagotomy and isolated vagotomy of great stomach curvature on gastric acid secretion. Individual approach for choosing of kind of organsaving operations, the using of extragastric vagotomy and improved methods of selective proximal vagotomy.
