Dissertation is the investigation of historiosophical dialogue of West and East in XVIII-XXcenturies (based on the artistic culture) on the basis of historicism and with attraction historiographical, comparative, interbranchy study of dialogue and mutual influence of culture of West and East. The criterions of research, basic conceptual thesises and practical recommendations are determined. The results of investigation are inculcated in educational process of universities, institutes.
