The thesis is devoted to problems of developing of physiological and safe methods of anastomoses forming as well as their protection and suture material choice during operative interventions on hollow organs of digestive tract. On the basis of experimental studies carried out by means of hydropressure, rentrenography, biochemical, bacteriological and morphological methods the advantages of developed one-row sutures in comparison with double-row ones are shown . The comparative morphological evaluation of the course of reparative regeneration processes in the area of anastomoses formed with use of import synthetic absorbable and microsurgical atraumatic suture materials - dexon, vicryl, polydioxanone, prolene and the first domestic suture materials - occelon and metalatraum was carried out. The inexpedience of silk application in surgery of extrahepatic bile ducts was substantiated. The modes of intestinal and biliary-intestinal amastomoses protection were elaborated. The positive results of th e introduction of developed methods and materials into the clinic during the treatment of 177 patients have confirmed the data obtained in the experiment.
