The thesis is dedicated to mining of the theory of discretely - continuous networks and creation on its basis of mathematical models adequately depicting dynamics of systems consisting from interacting continuous components consisting of interacting continuous and discrete components. In activity the fundamental theory of discretely - continuous systems with controlled structure including definition of generalized vectors and transition statements and output of a system in a discretely - continuous state space, object of control with controlled structure (OCCS) and system as a whole are advanced, its some properties are investigated and the applied problems of optimization are resolved. The progressive technology and graphic software environment for simulation and research OCCS.
