Layered structure, antenna parameters and reflectometers are investigation object. Development of principles and devices for radiophysical object wide class parameters determination using experimentally obtained amplitude data is the purpose of investigation. Digital spectral analysis, ill-posed problems regularization and optimization methods, reflectometer measurements are investigation methods. General natural frequency conception as effective tool of radiophysical object parameter determination is suggested and verified. The methods and microwave reflectometers are developed on base of holography principles. High resolution and noisestable digital spectral analysis methods are developed. Nondestructive testing and measurements are application sphere.
