Imas Y. Economic problems of Ukrainian sugarbeet subcomplex revival and development

Research subjects: operating subjects of the agro-industrial complex, sugar beet growing farm, sugar factories, trade enterprises, agrarian technical services, management structures, the elements of the economic mechanism. Research objectives:Substantiation of the economic and organization, production and technological methods that are directed to the renewal and development of the sugar beet growing subcomplex of Ukraine. Methods: t was used the methods of analyze of collec-tive production regularity, dialectical method, abstract-logical method, monographic, calculative and constructive, statistical and economical, system and comparative analysis and other. Theoretical and practical results. It was generalized social-economic content of the main theoretic-methodological aspects of the agro-industrial complex marketing reforms; it was substantiated the conception and ways of the sugar beet production renewal in Ukraine; it was determined the law and organisation forms of the production structures on the high technological base able to provide the competency of the branch. Novelty of introduced: of researches is, that the theoretical bases and methodical principles of knowledge-intensive production in an agriculture are justified, and also the conceptual bases both priorities of its development and efficiency of highly technological production with allowance of problems of economic safety of the state are determined. Іmplementation degree: the developed project inculcates since 1994 in several regions on 800.000 hectares of the sugar beet plants and 52 sugar factories. Effectiveness: the yield is 1,7 times higher in comparison with average parameters in Ukraine, and sugar output is 6 tones per hec-tare, that is 2 times more than average pa-rameters in Ukraine. Sphere, sector of implementation: agricultural enterprises, sugar factories and enterprises; sphere of trade and agricultural technical service.
