Kuznyetsov A. Treatment and prophylaxis of acute destructive lactational mastitis and its complications

The thesis is dedicated to the problem of treatment and prophylaxis of acute destructive lactational mastitis (ALM) and its complications. On the basis of many years investigations there were studied the peculiarities of clinical observations of ALM and its etiological structure. There was worked aut a complex classification. By the investigation of prooxidant - antioxidant system, hemostasis, immunic protection, hemocoagulative and fibrinolitic properties of maternal milk (MM), tissue of mammary gland (MG) there was extended the knowledge about the pathogenesis of ALM and its complications and post - operative bleedings. There were worked aut the methods of treatment, prophylaxis of destructive ALM and its complications by the way of using antioxidants (emoxipine, (-tocopherol acetat), immunostimulator thymalin, regulation of lactation by parlodel, individualization of operative interventions and their performing with taking into account the topographoanatomical structure of MG, crio-processing and u ltrasound cavitation of purulent wounds. There was determined the system of measures directed on the early prophylaxis of cosmetic defects of MG.
