Essay

New properties of singular disturbed mechanical systems incorporating elements with essentially differing mass-inertia characteristics are revealed. New forms of the Lagrange's and Gibbs-Appel equations, continuous dependence conditions for solution of singular disturbed equations of motion incorporating small mass-inertia characteristics, conditions of existence and uniqueness in solutions of singular equations of motion are obtained.
