Nikolayenko V. Tipological and metodological problems of individual several storeyed houses bilding

This Dissertation is about architectural theory development in the field of formation of perspective types and elements of individual several storeyed houses bilding, proceeds from new tendencies in houses-bilding and case nesessity of utilization of new theory in solution problems individual houses designing. For the first time stientificaly proved propositions on typology and classification of elements of individuai several storeyed housing were contributed to architectural theory and progressive tendencies of development of theiv functional structure were determined. Prinsiples of methodological formation of function-planing and volume-spasicus structures of individual housing units, individual houses, premises and individual plots were defined. Effective methodology guality of apvaisal of their design solutions is presented and reasoned. The results of research are necessary for the development of normative documents, design, construction as well as forecasts of types and elements of individual se veral storeyed houses bilding. The main result of investigation introduced in the education process.
