The dissertation is devoted to the theoretical and experimental substantiation of the composition, the development of technology and research of the medicinal product in the form of glucosamine syrup with hydrochloride and levocarnitine with anti-inflammatory action for the prevention and treatment of inflammatory diseases of the joints. As a result of the analysis of the literature sources, data on the etiology, pathogenesis of modern approaches to the treatment of osteoarthritis are generalized. The methodology for the creation syrup of glucosamine hydrochloride and levocarnitine based on an organized sequence of actions to create the appropriate dosage form is substantiated.
