Legenka M. The administrative reaction on the commission of domestic violence

The dissertation deals with theoretical generalization and new resolution of the legal science issues of the administrative reaction to the commission of domestic violence, based on certain conceptual and methodological grounds which are aimed at resolution of the actual theoretical and practical problems in the area of administrative law as well as those that can be used for the formation of the systematic improvement of the administrative legal provision of the prevention and countering of domestic violence. As a result of the conducted research, the genesis and current state of the administrative legal element of the research of the legal problems of the countering of domestic violence was addressed.
