Kapitan O. Administrative-legal regulation of the activity of the subjects of formation and implementation of social policy of Ukraine in the context of European integration processes

The dissertation is devoted to the administrative law regulation of the activity of the subjects of formation and implementation of social policy of Ukraine in the context of European integration processes. The general conceptual provisions of the administrative law principles of the formation and implementation of social policy of Ukraine are considered. The theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of administrative law regulation of the activity of the subjects of formation and realization of social policy of Ukraine are determined. Social policy as a basis for building a rule of law and social state is revealed. The activity of the Ministry of Social Policy as the central body of executive power in the sphere of formation and implementation of social policy of the state is analyzed. The peculiarities of the activities of the Ministry of Social Policy regarding the provision of state policy on family and children were clarified. The activity of the Ministry of Social Policy on combating trafficking in human beings is described. The analysis of administrative law regulation of the sphere of pension insurance is carried out. The peculiarities of administrative law regulation of the sphere of provision of social services are revealed. The administrative law regulation of the activity of the subjects of formation and realization of social sphere in foreign states is analyzed. The directions of improvement of administrative law regulation of activity of the subjects of formation and realization of the social sphere in the context of Ukraine's European integration intentions are determined. It is emphasized that social policy is inextricably linked to the very type of society, its socio-cultural system and should be considered as one of its integral characteristics, and not simply as a complex of social protection measures for the weak. This policy is a kind of «focus» in which the interests of the often conflicting in the struggle for limited resources of social groups, and the idea of justice, as well as social needs, are connected with self-preservation of society and maintaining its competitiveness in the world of global economy and building of information system, societies.
