Kurylenko Y. Scientific and methodological approaches to assess health technologies with pharmaceutical care to patients with cardiovascular disease

The dissertation is devoted to research on the improvement of pharmaceutical care for patients with cardiovascular disease using the assessment of health technologies. The imbalance of resources and funding in the health care system has led to the need to implement reimbursement programs, including the Government program «Available medicines». For the first time in the framework of the dissertation research a conceptual model of evaluation of healthcare technologies for pharmaceutical care of patients with cardiovascular diseases was developed and proposed in the framework of improving the program «Available medicines». The development of the program using methods of assessment of health care technologies is becoming increasingly relevant and integral in connection with the reform of the domestic health care system, and these studies create a solid scientific basis for further improvement of pharmaceutical care for patients with cardiovascular disease in Ukraine
