Didenko E. Implementation of the right to a fair trial in cases of administrative offenses

A systematic study of implementation of the right to a fair trial in the cases of administrative offenses is held, the issues of a regulatory framework and law enforcement are singled out, and the ways to improve legislation and solving the problematic issues of judicial practice are offered. The development of philosophical understanding of justice and its gradual implementation into legal documents is studied. Attention is paid to the modern concepts of justice and their implementation into the national legal system is demonstrated, in particular, the administrative and tort law. Based on a study of the genesis of the legislative consolidation of the right to a fair trial, a conclusion is made about its connection with philosophical ideas and concepts of justice. Special attention is paid to the regulatory development of standards of the right to a fair trial in the independent Ukraine.
