Davydova M. Prevention of the inducement to take narcotics, psychotropic substances or their analogues in Ukraine

This dissertation studies the complex of theoretical and practical issues of criminological characteristics and prevention of the inducement to take narcotics, psychotropic substances or their analogues, substantiates a number of new provisions and conclusions important for legal science and law enforcement agencies. The author describes the state of scientific research and methodology of studying the prevention of the inducement to take narcotics, psychotropic substances or their analogues are described, the criminal-legal characteristics of this crime are analyzed, including the features of qualification and its concept is improved. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of foreign criminal legislation of countries that have similar or similar articles on liability for drug addiction, psychotropic substances or their analogues, identified and analyzed the features of such criminal law, identified areas for improvement of criminal law of Ukraine to combat and prevent illegal actions related to the inducement to take narcotics, psychotropic substances or their analogues.
