Negoda O. Protection of property rights of juveniles and minors: civil law aspect

Dissertation research is a qualifying scientific work, in which proposed new theoretical generalizations and propositions about civil law protection of property rights of juveniles and minors in conditions of modern recodification of Ukrainian civil law. In paragraph 1 “General characteristic of civil law protection of property rights of juveniles and minors” defined sence, form and ways of civil law protection of property rights of juveniles and minors. Have been further developed thesis about protection as a facultative stage of realization of subjective rights, that is set in a law enforcement activity of legal authorities or realization of subjective rights or legal interests in case of their violation not acceptance, protestation or in a threat of their violation.
