Krasnik K. Forms of Realizing Human Right to a Family under the Family Legislation of Ukraine

The dissertation research is a qualifying scientific work, which offers new theoretical generalizations and provisions on the concept, nature and specific features of the forms of realizing human right to a family under the family legislation of Ukraine. The author has substantiated propositions aimed at improving the current family legislation of Ukraine on realizing human right to a family. The family has been studied in the Section 1 “General provisions on the forms of realizing human right to a family under the family legislation of Ukraine” as an object of protection of private law; the author has defined the concept and content of the right to a family under the family legislation of Ukraine, has provided general characteristics of the forms of realizing human right to a family.
