The dissertation is devoted to the problem of training of future primary school teachers for the formation of legal culture of junior pupils. The state of elaboration of the problem of training of future primary school teachers for the formation of legal culture of junior pupils in psychological and pedagogical theory and in practice has been studied and analyzed. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is that: pedagogical conditions of training of future primary school teachers for the formation of legal culture of junior pupils has been defined and theoretically substantiated for the first time: stimulation of cognitive and legal activities of future primary school teachers by using personally oriented technologies; actualization of legal potential of the essence of humanitarian disciplines in training of future primary school teachers; practically oriented direction of training of future primary school teachers for the formation of legal culture of junior pupils in different types of educational and professional activities; involvement of future primary school teachers in active independent law-cognitive and law-implementation academic and extracurricular activities. The structural-functional model of training of future primary school teachers for the formation of legal culture of junior pupils, which is presented by integral unity of the target (purpose, adequately selected principles and formulated tasks of the educational process), content (phased reflection and methodological support of training of future primary school teachers for the formation of legal culture of junior pupils), organizational (pedagogical conditions, methods and forms of the educational process organization), resultative (criterion-evaluative tools for monitoring the formation of readiness of future primary school teachers for the formation of legal culture of junior pupils), has been developed. Pedagogical conditions of training of future primary school teachers for the formation of legal culture of junior pupils, provided in several interrelated stages (information- methodological, organizational-active, conceptual-strategic and research-formative), have been theoretically substantiated and experimentally tested. The practical meaning of dissertation is in strengthening the legal aspect of vocational training of future primary school teachers, determining the logic and content base of the integration of legal and pedagogical disciplines; development of methodological support in training of future primary school teachers for the formation of legal culture of junior pupils.
