The dissertation is devoted to the problem of forming the culture of competitive relations in future specialists in business administration in professional training. The scientific novelty of the research results is that for the first time: the pedagogical conditions of formation of the culture of competitive relations of future business administration specialists in the process of professional training in higher education institutions (which include: use of modular rating technology in the educational process of higher education; activation of professional mobility of students; ensuring the focus on a healthy lifestyle; acquaintance with the principles of client business; intensification of self-presentation activities of students; organization of the training process based on the use of time management techniques); improved forms, methods and technologies of professional training of future specialists in business administration, in particular the formation of their culture of competitive relations; Scientific ideas about the methodology, content of professional training, structure and ways of forming the culture of competitive relations in future business administration specialists, criteria and indicators of the formation of the culture of competitive relations in future business administration specialists and diagnostic tools of its research were further developed.
