Dissertation is sanctified to complex research of legal status of representative in an administrative process. The modern state of scientific developments of legal status of representative is investigational in an administrative process and basic directions of modern doctrine researches are described in science of administratively - of judicial right. It is set that research of legal status of representative in an administrative process comes true mainly within the framework more wide articles of researches, as a representative office is in an administrative process, legal status of participants of administrative process (rule-making), features of consideration of separate categories of administrative businesses and others like that. Attention is accented because updating of current administrative judicial legislation of Ukraine changed the place of representative among the participants of administrative process and him legal status which makes aktual the chosen subjekt of the scientific research.
