In the thesis presents for the first time pedagogical conditions are substantiated (awareness of future educators of the importance of ethnopedagogical component of their professional training; creati ng in the pedagogical college ethno-educational environment focused on formation of future teachers’ ethnopedagogical culture; optimization of students’ ethnopedagogical training through interconnection of theory and practice focused on Ethno-education). The author has explained the essence and structure of the notions formation of the basics of ethnoculture in senior preschool children», «training future preschool teachers to form Ethnoculture basics in preschool children», as well as identified the components (cognitive, value-motivational, action), the criteria (informative-axiological, motivational-directional, action-effective) and indicators of future preschool teachers’ readiness to form Ethnoculture basics in preschool children, characterized its levels (sufficient, satisfactory, low). The author has described the stages of future preschool teachers’ readiness to form ethnoculture basics in senior preschool children (target-oriented, ethnoculture-directed, reflective-practical stages), at each of which the proved pedagogical conditions were realized. The concepts «future preschool teachers’ ethnopedagogical culture», «pedagogical college ethnocultural environment» have been specified; methodology of future preschool teachers’ professional training has been further developed.
