Essay

The dissertation solves a topical scientific and technical problem of creating an effective modern tactical vest for military pilots through the use of modern technological methods of design and production of clothing. The scientific novelty of the study is that a modern tactical vest with a set of bags for the equipment for the military of Ukrainian production has been developed on the basis of theoretical and experimental researches. For the first time: the methodological approach to information support of designing of tactical vest with a set of bags for pilots of military aviation has been improved; a mathematical model of the flight of a pilot with a parachute to determine the allowable mass in the system “environment - equipment – pilot” has been developed; dependence of linear elongation on tensile force of textile materials before and after influence of acid and alkaline solutions as well as multicycle loading has been established; zonal-element model has been developed using the method of optimizing the parameters of a tactical vest with a set of bags to increase its efficiency. The practical significance of the work is that: on the basis of information support of designing of a tactical vest with a set of bags for equipment for military aviation pilots, the list of dangerous and harmful factors has been established and the topography of their influence on a tactical vest has been presented; specific requirements to a tactical vest with a set of bags for equipment for military aviation pilots and materials for their manufacture have been formulated, on the basis of which significant quality indicators have been determined; recommendations on the parameters of optimization of the design and location of bags for equipment, taking into account the purpose of each element have been developed; methods for determining the reliability of materials under condition of the maximum allowable weight of equipment have been improved and applied; experimental studies have been conducted to determine the reliability of materials under the influence of acid and alkaline solutions, multicycle loading; the information base of constituent elements of constructive and technological decisions of a tactical vest with a set of bags for equipment has been formed and systematized; design and constructive-technological solutions have been offered, the tactical vest with a set of bags for equipment has been made (novelty is confirmed by the patent of Ukraine for a utility model).
