Zabrodina O. Research on the quality of innovative bast fiber products

The purpose of the dissertation research is to develop criteria for the quality of bast fibers, which are based on their further use in the creation of innovative products. The object of research is the process of forming quality indicators of innovative products from bast fibers during the primary processing of stems of flax and hemp. The subject of research - innovative products: cellulose, cotton, paper, cotton wool. Research methods. The tasks set in the work were solved with the help of modern methods of theoretical and experimental research: the assessment of the quality of straw stalks and trusts of oil flax was carried out by instrumental methods using normative documentation. The yield of bast from straw stalks, fiber yield from trusts and clogging were determined by weight method, total and technical length - on the DL-2M device, stem diameter - on C-2 stem meter, straw color group and fiber color - organoleptically. The results of experimental studies were processed using the methods of qualimetry, cluster analysis and mathematical statistics using applications MathCAD-2015, MathType 6.0, Microsoft Office Excel 2016 and Microsoft Office Word 2016, Statistica. The practical significance of the obtained results is that when using the studied quality indicators of cotonized bast fibers from oil and hemp can be established technological processes and developed modes of further processing of cotonin to obtain innovative medical products - medical wool and cellulose for the production of filter paper and valuables, office papers.
