Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the solution of the actual scientific and practical problem of effective use of low-quality pine wood, namely wood with rot, which has limited areas of application by processing it into wood wool and using it as a filler in insulation board materials. The dissertation considers in detail the process of thermal action of the environment on the wall panel, which consists in the total effect of solar radiation and ambient temperature on the surface of the wall panel, as well as heat absorption by the surface and transfer into the panel due to thermal conductivity. The solution of the proposed model of effective thermal resistance allows to determine the weighted average heat protection characteristics of the multilayer wall panel, i.e. its rational characteristics. It is shown how will proceed the attenuation of thermal oscillations in a nonstationary thermal field caused by the total action of radiant energy and atmospheric air temperature, which change during the day in the construction of the wall panel using the developed model. Is made comparison the developed insulation material and its advantages were presented alongside a similar common insulation material based on wood wool - fibrolite, which showed that using the developed material as insulation in wood panels achieves a smaller wall thickness with the same insulation properties. Feasibility study of the developed insulation in the presented panel design in comparison with fibrolite insulation is given. The amount of saved funds on materials when using the developed insulation during the construction of the enclosing structures of the house is calculated.
