Zhurybida N. Formation of the system of economic security of Ukrainian banks

The purpose of the dissertation is to develop theoretical and methodological and applied bases for the formation of the economic security system of Ukrainian banks. The object of research is the processes of formation of the system of economic security of Ukrainian banks. The subject of research is the theoretical and applied principles of forming the system of economic security of Ukrainian banks. Research methods: generalization, analysis, induction and deduction, system and synergetic approaches, comparison, grouping, economic analysis, system-structural and functional, economic-mathematical modeling, ranking, strategic and structural-functional analysis, classification, tabular and graphical presentation of results scientific research. Scientific novelty of the obtained results: For the first time: a methodical approach to the integrated assessment of economic security of banks was developed, taking into account resource, asset-forming (transformation), risk-forming, stabilization-functional and productive components. Improved: definition of "economic security of banks"; basic bases of formation of system of economic safety of banks; approach to systematization of economic security management methods; conceptual principles of formation and implementation of economic security strategy of banks; Received further development: systematization of threats and dangers to the economic security of banks; methods for determining the level of economic security of banks at the micro level; proposals for the development of tools for assessing the level of economic security of banks using linear, polynomial and power models; approach to determining structural changes in the levels of economic security on the basis of integral coefficients of structural differences of K. Gatev and structural shifts of A. Salai. The practical significance of the obtained results is to develop proposals that allow to form an effective system of economic security at the level of the NBU and commercial banks. Practical implementation.
