Essay

The dissertation work deals with solving the scientific and applied problem of assessment and development of staff using innovative management methods. The relevance of the chosen topic is due to a stable growth in the world of the number of enterprises which are increasingly focused on the formation of an effective socio-economic policy that would ensure enterprise strategic development. The transition from the concept “enterprise labor resources” to “enterprise human capital” is gradually occurring. The resources are being used, and the capital is being multiplied. However, domestic enterprises have not yet fully understood the importance and benefits of this activity. As a result, there arise economic contradictions: increasing a purely commercial result now, companies face additional costs in the future. These contradictions can be resolved by an effective use of the main “capital” of an enterprise – its staff – through forming effective behavior of employees. Since formation of effective behavior of employees through developing a staff management technique is an innovative area, it has not yet been studied and requires a particular attention of scientists.
