Essay

The scientific work was performed according to the individual plan of a graduate student of the Department of Veterinary Sanitary Examination and Forensic Veterinary Medicine of the Kharkiv State Veterinary Academy (2016–2020) in the specialty 212 «Veterinary Hygiene, Sanitation and Examination». The work is part of the scientific topic: «Examination of quality and safety and criteria for veterinary and sanitary evaluation of slaughter products for enrichment of the diet with a complex of nanomicroelements», which is performed on the basis of the Department of Veterinary Sanitary Examination and Forensic Medicine of Kharkiv State Veterinary Academy (state registration number 01114U004951, 2015–2025). In the dissertation work for the first time it was scientifically substantiated use of a complex of nanomicroelements Zn, Cu, Ag, Co, Ge, Mg in the doses – 1, 10 та 20 cm3/dm3 water, 5 consecutive days with an interval of 5 days for fattening broiler chickens. It is experimentally proved that the optimal dose, among the subjects, is 1 cm3 of the drug per 1 dm3 of water. The veterinary and sanitary examination of poultry slaughter products revealed an improvement in organoleptic, microscopic, bacteriological parameters and chemical composition of meat, which indicates an increase in the biological and nutritional value of broiler slaughter products. The work was performed in accordance with the «European Convention for the Protection of Vertebrate Animals Used for Experimental and Scientific Purposes» (Strasbourg, 1995), «General Ethical Principles for Animal Experiments» (Ukraine, 2010), which corresponds to the Law of Ukraine ill–treatment. « Chickens were fed complete feed – the main diet. The bird’s access to feed and water was not restricted. The parameters of the microclimate in the room were adjusted automatically.
