Dorosh A. Ecological and economic bases of land use planning in the context of territorial and spatial development

The dissertation presents the author 's interpretation of the solution of the actual scientific and applied task of forming a modern system of land use planning within the concept of balanced territorial and spatial development. In this direction, attention is focused on the environmental and economic component, which is considered taking into account the general change in the management narrative from monocentric to polycentric type, which corresponds to European trends. A fundamental issue of the research is a modernized understanding of the spatial development of territories, which includes active involvement of the local population in the planning process. From this point of view, the planning of efficient land use acquires special significance as a guarantee of ensuring the gradual development of the territorial community as a whole in order to achieve the set strategic goals.
