Palii L. Forms and Methods of Administrative Activity to Ensure Customs Security in Ukraine

The thesis provides a theoretical generalization and proposes a new solution to the scientific problem of determining the nature and content of forms and methods of administrative activities to ensure customs security in Ukraine, based on the analysis of theoretical developments, current legislation and practice, its implementation of international standards in customs legislation of Ukraine. Formulated proposals and recommendations for improving the legal regulation of both administrative activities to ensure customs security in general, and forms and methods of its implementation. The main part of the thesis contains an introduction, three sections, covering six sections, conclusions, a list of sources used.
