2. The dissertation is a comprehensive study of the organizational and legal basis for strengthening the authority of the judiciary in Ukraine. The dissertation characterizes the modern concept of the authority of the judiciary, formed the theoretical foundations of the concept of the authority of the judiciary, and outlines the method of strengthening the authority of the judiciary. The dissertation presents recommendations for improving the regulatory framework for the formation of the Strategy for strengthening the authority of the judiciary. In the dissertation, the theoretical generalization is carried out and the new decision of a scientific problem of substantiation of organizational and legal bases of strengthening of the authority of judicial power in Ukraine is offered. Based on the results of the study, a set of recommendations on amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine, Laws of Ukraine "On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges", "On the High Council of Justice" and bylaws was developed, a draft Strategy for Strengthening the Judiciary of Ukraine was developed. formation of the HCJ Standing Committee on the Authority of the Judiciary.
