The dissertation is a comprehensive study of the status of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine as a subject of providing conditions for full and independent realization of justice. The dissertation provides a theoretical generalization and proposes a new solution to the scientific problem of substantiating the status of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine as a subject of providing conditions for full and independent realization of justice. Based on the results of the study, a draft Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges" (to ensure conditions for full and independent realization of justice)" was proposed, a set of recommendations for amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "On Higher Council of Justice" and by- laws was formed, as well as the expediency of establishing a Working Group of the HCJ to ensure conditions for full and independent realization of justice was grounded.
