Bezverkha K. Social identity as a factor in the adaptation of migrants.

The thesis is devoted to the study of the social identity of migrants, in particular social identity as a factor in the adaptation of migrants. In the thesis the social and psychological features of social identity as a factor of adaptation of migrants are investigated and analyzed. For the first time in a thesis Questionnaire of social identity by О. V. Vaskova was modified and adapted; and the social identity of migrants has been studied in terms of its impact on the adaptation of migrants; Expanded and supplemented the scientific understanding of social identity as a factor in the adaptation of migrants and the structure of the social identity of migrants. Informative and practical training of social identity as a factor in the adaptation of migrants was developed and tested, recommendations for a more effective adaptation of migrants through social identity are provided.
